In response to the problem reflected by car owners, the property side responded that the main reason why users are not allowed to install charging piles is that the charging capacity of the community is not enough. It indicates that the electricity consumption capacity of a charging pile is very large, which is equivalent to the electricity consumption of a household. In addition, it has been a community for more than 10 years, after all, the supporting capacity at that time was limited, and there were more than 1,000 parking spaces in the community. At present, more than 60 private charging piles were installed, and the capacity of the community was already full.

Of course, for new energy vehicle owners, the purchase of new energy vehicle charging piles can be installed in their own community is their most basic demand. However, according to statistics, take Beijing as an example, of the 12000 residential areas in Beijing, 2700 belong to older areas, with an average parking space of less than 0.5. about 40 per cent of private electric car parking spaces do not have the capacitance conditions to install charging piles. However, this situation occurs not only in Beijing, but also in large and small cities across the country, such as tight parking spaces, insufficient capacitance and high cost of line change, resulting in car owners being unable to install personal charging piles.
