The quality problems of the new car were detected twice in less than half a year. The owner of the car, Mr. Liu, put forward the request to return the car, and the final solution made by the 4S store was to agree to return the car. At present, after negotiation between the two sides, Mr. Liu said that the return fee would be 14000 yuan at most, while Manager Li said he would report it to the company before giving an answer.
