The new car offers two models according to the battery package configuration. The pre-price of the 70kWh battery version is 448000 yuan before subsidy, and the pre-price of the 100kWh battery package version is 506000 yuan. The new car is scheduled to be delivered in the first quarter of 2022.

From the perspective of the Xilai product camp, the ET7 is the most expensive model, positioning a medium and large sedan, the new car is based on the concept car ET Preview, the new car uses a slippery back design, and the smooth roof lines are combined with the waistline of the front / rear wing. In terms of size, the length, width and height of the car is 5098/1987/1505mm, and the wheelbase is 3060mm. In terms of interior decoration, the design of the new car is significantly different from the models currently on sale, with a white and gray duotone, a 10.2-inch LCD dashboard and a 12.8-inch central control screen. In addition, the shape of the steering wheel has also been adjusted.

In terms of power, the new car adopts the power combination of permanent magnet synchronous motor before 180kW and AC induction motor after 300kW, the comprehensive power output of the system is 480kw, and the peak torque is 850N ·m. In terms of battery life, the new car will offer two battery packs, 70kWh and 100kWh, with a mileage of more than 500km and 1000km, respectively.

As a new flagship model, NIO has high hopes for the new car. Qin Lihong, co-founder of NIO, said that the target model of the ET7 is a BMW 7-Series and other large cars. Li Bin, CEO of NIO, also said that NIO will stick to its position, that is, how much BBA fuel cars sell, and how much NIO electric cars sell at the same price, which is better than their service and performance, a high degree of intelligence, more competitive products and competitive services, which is the overall strategy of NIO.

It is understood that the BMW 7-Series is BMW's flagship model, which is only produced in Germany and imported into China for sale. The official guiding price is 82.80-2.612 million yuan. At present, China has become the second largest market for the BMW 7-Series in the world. From the information of the two models, one is the traditional luxury flagship, the other is the new power flagship, and the price is quite different, but ET7 still regards the BMW 7-Series as its competitor, and may intend to pull Gaowei to the high-end positioning of the brand, and disdain to compete with "low-end" models.

Of course, the price of the ET7 is not much different from that of the ES8, but the configuration of the ET7 has more advantages. According to the delivery volume in the third quarter, ES8 delivered 5418 vehicles, that is, the average monthly sales are about 1800 vehicles. Based on the ET7 product configuration, monthly sales are expected to be about 2000 vehicles.
