Recently, Honda China announced its sales in the terminal market in China in November. Honda sold 136685 terminal cars in China in November, down 20.2% from a year earlier, according to the data. Among them, Guangzhou Auto Honda was 69134, down 19.6% from the same period last year; Dongfeng Honda was 67551, down 20.8% from the same period last year. In addition, Honda's cumulative sales of terminal cars in China from January to November were 1392877, down 1.8 per cent from a year earlier. Honda China said it was "affected by the tight supply of spare parts" for the reasons for the decline in sales.

According to Honda's November sales data, sales declined significantly both from July 2021 to August 2020, which means that the "lack of core" in November has a relatively serious impact on Honda. On October 13th, Honda China released its electrification strategy, launching a new pure electricity brand "ERO N" and a new intelligent and efficient pure electricity architecture "ERO N Architecture". Honda China announced at the press conference that it will launch 10 pure electric vehicles in the Chinese market in the next five years, and will sell only pure electric and hybrid models in China from 2030, instead of new fuel vehicles. At the press conference, Honda China brought two new pure electric cars, the e:NS1 from Dongfeng Honda and the e:NP1 from Guangzhou Auto Honda, both of which are newly designed pure electric models that are expected to go on sale early next year.
