According to the provisions on the responsibility of repair, replacement and return of Family Automobile products, if the mileage of Mr. Zhang's vehicle is still less than 60000 kilometers and the power outage of the vehicle is caused by product quality problems, 4S stores and Audi manufacturers should repair it for consumers free of charge. If the cumulative repair time is more than 35 days, or more than 5 times due to the same product quality problems, the consumer may request the return of the car.
