According to Article 577 of the Civil Code, car owners have the right to require them to replace their vehicles or compensate for losses, while according to Article 19 of the provisions on three guarantees of cars, during the warranty period of household automobile products, due to product quality problems, if each repair time exceeds five days, consumers should be provided with spare cars or reasonable compensation for transportation subsidies.
