According to Caijing Automotive, recently there are rumors online that Jianghuai Automobile will cooperate with Huawei to build cars. In response to this, the staff of Jianghuai Automobile Securities Department responded: "at present, Huawei is our technology supplier." some of Huawei's technology is included in our products, and there has been cooperation before. However, cooperation with Huawei will not be ruled out in the future, because the cooperation with Huawei has always been relatively pleasant, and the two sides have always had a good cooperative relationship. " As for what kind of cooperation will be adopted in the future, Jianghuai Automobile responded: in the future, we will not rule out the cooperation mode between Huawei and well-off.

According to the information consulted by the automotive industry, Jianghuai Automobile cooperated with Huawei as early as December 2019, when the two sides signed a comprehensive cooperation framework agreement and MDC platform project cooperation agreement in Shenzhen to carry out in-depth cooperation in the fields of intelligent driving, intelligent network connection and artificial intelligence. In addition, in August this year, JAC and Huawei also reached a cooperation agreement involving HMS, autopilot core sensors, MDC, intelligent cockpit and other aspects.

Since the 2019 Shanghai Auto Show officially announced its entry into the auto industry, Huawei has repeatedly stressed that it will not build cars, but it has not been idle for a moment about the layout of the auto industry. recently, the hottest thing about Huawei's car construction is the AITO M5 jointly built by Huawei and Cyrus. As a brand-new model, the pre-price of the M5 is 25-320000 yuan, in which the electric drive system and intelligent cockpit of the new car are provided by Huawei, and even Huawei is involved in industrial design, so many netizens tease online that "Huawei does not build a car," but "Huawei has almost built a car" and "Huawei is already building a car in essence", but at the new car launch site, Yu Chengdong once again stressed that Huawei does not build a car.

In spite of this, Huawei, which does not build cars, still has many layouts in the auto industry. At present, in addition to launching corresponding brand models with Cyrus, a subsidiary of Xiaokang, Huawei also has cooperation with car companies such as BAIC, Changan and Guangzhou Auto. There are more than two modes of cooperation between Huawei and auto companies, including as a parts supplier and the Huawei Inside model, which sells parts and technical solutions to vehicle companies on the basis of Tier 1 and Tier2, while the Huawei Inside model refers to the joint development of smart cars by both sides, such as cooperation with BAIC, Changan and Guangzhou Auto to launch the sub-brands Changan Avita and BAIC Jihu, which carry Huawei's full package.

In April this year, Huawei cooperated with BAIC polar fox. it is understood that the first product of the cooperation, Huawei inside intelligent luxury pure electric car polar fox Alpha S (HI version), sells for 38.89-429900 yuan. The model is equipped with Huawei self-driving technology, equipped with Huawei smart car solution, integrated Huawei intelligent high-order self-driving system, Hongmeng OS Smart + connected cockpit and so on. The model represents Huawei's highest level of self-driving.

In May this year, Changan New Energy vehicle Technology Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of Changan Automobile, changed its name to Avita Technology Co., Ltd., and announced that it would jointly build high-end smart electric vehicles with Huawei and Ningde Times and launch five models in the next five years.

In July this year, GAC GROUP announced a partnership with Huawei to jointly develop the first medium-and large-scale intelligent pure electric SUV model with a total investment of 788 million yuan, which is scheduled for mass production by the end of 2023.

Of course, in addition to the cooperative car companies mentioned above, there are many other car companies that cooperate with Huawei, but generally speaking, whether Huawei builds a car or not, it may not be particularly important to Huawei itself. because Huawei has already gone deep into the automobile manufacturing industry and has mastered almost all the key technologies of building a self-driving new energy vehicle, including components, technology, design, brand, marketing and so on.
