According to the Guangdong TV Electric shock News, a car advocate in Zhaoqing, Guangdong, said he had bought a plug-in hybrid Porsche luxury car at the Nanhai Porsche Center in Foshan. The 4S store charged him for half an hour before picking up the car in November last year, and later found that the charging pile had been unable to recharge the car after driving home.

It is understood that according to the characteristics of external charging power supply, the hybrid power can be divided into plug-in hybrid and non-plug-in hybrid. Plug-in hybrid (Plug-in Hybrid Vehicle, referred to as PHV) is a kind of vehicle between electric vehicle and fuel vehicle, so it has not only the engine, gearbox, transmission system, oil road and fuel tank of traditional vehicle, but also the battery, motor and control circuit of electric vehicle, and the battery capacity of plug-in hybrid vehicle is larger, which can support longer mileage.

Due to the problem that the vehicle could not be recharged, Mr. Zhang contacted the 4S store at the first time. Mr. Zhang said that the inability to recharge is just one of the problems. In addition, the plug-in hybrid Porsche luxury car does not start properly and the door needs to be opened with a mechanical key. After that, the car was sent to the 4S store for repair, but a week later, the problem reflected by Mr. Zhang had not been solved.

As for the problems with the vehicle, the 4S store after-sales maintenance staff said that after testing, it was found that the computer of the vehicle seat was leaking, so he applied for a warranty for the car owner, and then replaced the computer test result that there was no leakage anywhere else. In addition, the relevant staff of the 4S store said: in the afternoon, they will go to Mr. Zhang's home to repair the vehicle, and said they will try to solve the problem thoroughly.

As of December 29, the cause of the vehicle failure is still under inspection.
