Ms. Wang said that after three or four months of driving, the car will be stuttered when the car is turned on, and the voice assistant's response is not so sensitive. In addition, there will be stutters in the reversing image.

In fact, as early as November, many car owners reflected this problem. The chip carried by the Oula cat machine system was accused of being out of line with the board, and the promotional materials showed that the Oula cat was loaded with Qualcomm 8 core chips. but in fact, it is equipped with Intel 4 core chips, causing dissatisfaction among many car owners.

November 22, Euler Automobile issued a statement to respond: Euler is currently selling the Euler cat model on the market in November 2020, the car really has not yet equipped with Qualcomm 8 core chip. In the plan, this configuration was originally scheduled to be carried on future models. Euler Motor said that it was eager to tell users the good news, but did not expect to cause trouble to users, good intentions to do bad things. To this end, Euler Automobile proposed a solution: to give 7200 yuan worth of rights packages to the relevant car owners, including a willingness to provide free carplay and car functions under development, a two-year extension of free entertainment flow packages, and compensation for the first car owner's lifetime warranty.

However, the compensation scheme failed to satisfy car owners, and the complaint became more and more intense online. On December 6, the CCTV financial channel publicly "named" Euler cars, pointing out that the brands "secretly changed their cores", played word games or were suspected of consumer fraud. On December 9, Euler Motor issued another statement in response: it deeply apologized for the trouble caused to Euler cat owners by the promotion of "Coffee Intelligent car Control system" on Euler's official website. After the incident, Great Wall Automobile attaches great importance to it and has asked the Euler brand to verify and correct the content of the official website, and give a satisfactory answer to the majority of car owners. To this end, Euler Automobile gives the latest compensation plan: 1, Euler good cat owners decided before December 31, 2021: a gift value of 7200 yuan [like wings] rights package. 2. The owner of the Euler cat car who picked up the car a few days ago and decided under this announcement will enjoy the following rights and interests on the basis of the rights package of 7200 yuan: (1) the first car owner will upgrade from the three electric lifetime warranty provided in the rights package to the lifetime warranty of the whole vehicle; (2) the first car owner shall enjoy the charging right of 10000 yuan.

For now, Euler's latest compensation package has not been approved by most car owners, as the number of complaints from Euler cats has reached a new high in the past month. Ms. Wang said that what I was supposed to have was Apple 13, but what I actually got was Apple 4, and no matter how much I upgraded it, I couldn't meet the standard. Ms. Wang said that her request is to return the car and change it back to the chip that should have been carried. In this regard, 4S stores and the official 400 customer service will give feedback, but as of press time, Ms. Wang has not received an official response, and said that the problem will be resolved through legal means.

Up to now, things have become known to everyone, and Euler Motors has not yet given a satisfactory solution to consumers. At least Great Wall or Euler Motors chills car owners in their handling of the matter, which is one of the reasons why the problem is getting worse. Of course, some car owners said that Ola good Cat will upgrade the APP this month, and after the upgrade, it will convert the 10000 yuan of charging rights promised to car owners into cash, but Euler Automobile has not confirmed it, and it is not clear what Ola Cat does, nor whether the plan can move the hearts of car owners.
