The local 4S store told her to use grease to solve the problem, because the hybrid drive was unstable and needed grease. In response to this practice, Ms. Yin believes that it is acceptable for an old car to use grease, but her car is a new car and faulty lights occur frequently, so she cannot accept the maintenance plan offered by Fujian 4S store. After that, Ms. Yin had to spend her own money to tow the car back to Hangzhou. Unexpectedly, the Hangzhou 4S store gave the same treatment plan, which Ms. Yin could not accept. Therefore, Ms. Yin proposed to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the vehicle.

According to the after-sales director of Hangzhou Lutheran Jaguar Land Rover 4S store, in fact, in November last year, the manufacturer issued a recall notice, and Ms. Yin's car was within the scope of the recall, saying: "Ms. Yin's car belongs to the recall project." it needs to be dealt with itself. even if Ms. Yin's matter does not occur, it will inform the customer by phone to solve the problem.

In this regard, Ms. Yin asked the 4S store to bear the cost of the previous trailer and extend the car insurance, and the after-sales manager of the 4S store gave a reply to the application.

Up to now, according to the latest report, the 4S store has replied: after consultation, the technical expert group of the 4S store believed that the poor contact of the motor plug in the rear of the vehicle led to the induction fault light, which had nothing to do with the brake system. 4S store said that it would give Ms. Yin appropriate compensation for vehicle maintenance. Ms. Yin accepted this practice and the two sides reached an agreement.
