It is understood that the CS75PLUS model launched by Changan Automobile officially defines it as the second generation CS75PLUS, so it can be regarded as the medium-term modified model of Changan CS75PLUS.

As a medium-term modified model, in terms of appearance, the front face of the new car has been completely designed, which is obviously different from the current model. The front face of the new car divides the large-sized middle net into upper and lower parts, and by combining with through-type headlights, the horizontal visual width of the whole front has been further extended, which looks like a full sense of science and technology. A gold trim has been added to the bottom of the door on the side of the body, and the spoke shape of the two-color rim has also become more refined. The rear part of the car uses the more popular through taillights, in addition, compared with the current model, the new car has more rear diffuser and pilot lights, and the diffuser at the bottom also makes the whole car more athletic. Body size is 4700/1865/1710mm, wheelbase 2710mm.

In the interior part, the new car retains the overall style of the old model, but the new car adds more colors (a gray / black and a blue / white color). In addition, the new car uses a new three-spoke steering wheel and the center armrest has been raised, thus saving more space for the center console.

In terms of power, the new car will be equipped with 1.5T and 2.0T engines of the BlueKing NE series, with a maximum power of 188hp and 233hp respectively, and a peak torque of 300Nm and 390Nm respectively. In addition, the new car will be equipped with the standard Aixin 8AT transmission, which also makes the new car more unique.

Changan CS75 PLUS went on sale in September 2019, with a price of 1.79-154900 yuan, and sales exceeded 10,000 vehicles in the first month of the market. It is understood that Changan Automobile has a number of models, but the best sales are Changan CS75 PLUS. The latest data show that Changan CS75 PLUS sold 14466 vehicles in December 2021, with a cumulative annual sales of 274742 vehicles, making it the highest model sold by Changan Automobile, followed by Changan CS55 PLUS. Changan CS55 PLUS sales of 14226 vehicles in December 2021, with a cumulative sales volume of 136985 vehicles. Changan Yitou's cumulative annual sales also reached 162896, ranking third, but only 10404 in December.

At present, Changan CS75PLUS and Harvard H6 are outstanding in the domestic market of 100,000-150,000 SUV. It is well known that Changan CS75PLUS and Harvard H6 are "bitter enemies". In 2020, Changan CS75PLUS became the single sales king of SUV in China. The Changan CS75 series also won the monthly sales title in 2021 and finally won the second place in the annual SUV sales list. as a comparison, the data show that the Harvard H6 sold 41456 vehicles in December 2021, with a cumulative sales volume of 352857 vehicles for the whole year. There is still a certain gap between Changan CS75PLUS and Harvard H6 in terms of 2021 sales. However, on another level, although Harvard H6 became the top SUV seller in 2021, sales fell 3.2 per cent year-on-year, while Changan CS75 was only the runner-up, up 4.8 per cent. As for the future, it will take more time to verify which one can be better, Changan CS75PLUS or Harvard H6.
