The announcement shows that Ruilan Automobile will launch a variety of power products in the future. based on self-developed power exchange technology, Ruilan Automobile is committed to creating an intelligent power exchange ecology and providing competitive power exchange products and services for the market.

Four days ago, Geely officially announced the relevant information about the intelligent electric exchange car Maple Leaf 60S launched by Geely, and the new car is expected to go on sale in February 2022. In appearance, the Maple Leaf 60S uses family-style maple leaf closed front grille elements, the interior of the grille is decorated with raindrop elements, with the Maple Leaf LOGO and the split headlights on both sides, it looks very characteristic. The swordfish fast-back streamlined body is used on the side of the body. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4730/1804/1530mm, the wheelbase reaches 2700mm, and the positioning of the compact family car.

In terms of power range, the Maple Leaf 60S will be equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor with maximum power 100kW and peak torque of 230N ·m, equipped with battery pack provided by Guoxuan Hi-Tech, and the mileage can reach 415km under NEDC conditions. In addition, according to Maple Leaf, the new car's power supply mode includes 30min DC fast charging mode and 60-second power change mode, which can be "rechargeable and rechargeable".

According to Geely, the power exchange structure adopted by Maple Leaf 60S is provided by a joint venture between Geely and Lifan, so it is also in line with Ruilan's business structure of "self-developed power exchange technology". In the future, Maple Leaf 60S will operate through the online car-hailing and taxi market.

It is worth mentioning that, according to the Financial Associated Press, Lifan technology insiders revealed: "Maple Leaf will withdraw from the stage of history." The joint venture between Geely and Lifan Technology will adopt a model similar to Proton, in which Geely exports products, technology, management and the development of new models. "although the name of the company may continue to use 'Lifan Automobile', it will build a new brand of entry-level electric cars and power exchange." So far, Lifan technology officials have not responded to the insider's comments.

According to previous reports from the automotive industry, as early as December 13 last year, Hong Kong stock Geely Holdings announced that it planned to jointly invest with Lifan Technology to set up a joint venture company, with a registered capital of 600 million yuan. Geely Holdings and Lifan Technology each contributed 300 million yuan, with a shareholding ratio of 50%. Among them, Lifan Technology owns about 28.98%, while Li Shufu holds about 91% of Geely Technology. Mr. Li, an executive director and controlling shareholder, holds approximately 41.16% of the total issued share capital of the Company as at the date of this announcement.

The "Maple Leaf" mentioned above was established in March 2019, the actual control of its company Fengsheng Automotive Technology Group Co., Ltd. is Li Shufu, and the brand name of "Maple Leaf" was determined in September 2019. At present, the brand has two models: Maple Leaf 30X and Maple Leaf 80V. Maple Leaf 30X, the first new car of Maple Leaf, was launched in July 2020, and Maple Leaf 80V, the first replacement car of Maple Leaf, was launched in March 2021. These two new cars are based on Geely Vision X3 and Jiaji models respectively, but the market sales response is not satisfactory.

A few days ago, the newly announced Maple Leaf 60S is also based on Geely Dihao GBRC power exchange platform. It is understood that Geely will lead the research and development of power exchange models in the future, while Lifan Technology will be responsible for the layout and production of recharging facilities. By 2025, Geely will launch five all-electric models with changeable electricity one after another. According to the "Nine Dragon Bay Action" plan released by Geely Automobile Group, in terms of product planning, Geely will launch more than 25 new intelligent new energy products in the next five years.
