Recently, Geely officially released its latest plans for 2022, including a plug-in model with pure electric battery life, a 7nm gauge-level chip and a new intelligent cockpit system.

According to reports, in terms of new cars, Geely will launch a "added program" Raytheon power model with a pure electric range of 200km +, while Geely only Xingyue L has launched a version equipped with Raytheon power, this hybrid system can achieve a 100km acceleration score of 7.9s, a 100 km comprehensive fuel consumption of 4.3L, and a maximum range of 1300km. Industry insiders speculate that Geely's mixed-in model this year is likely to be Geely Xingrui, but this news has not yet been officially confirmed.

In October 2021, Geely officially launched the Raytheon Power brand and modular intelligent hybrid platform Raytheon Intelligence engine Hi X, which is known as "the new invention of the hybrid world" on the Internet. Xingyue L Raytheon Hi X oil-electric hybrid version is developed on an independent platform. According to official claims, the 1.5TD hybrid engine under Raytheon Intelligence engine Hi X is the world's first mass-produced turbocharged direct injection hybrid engine with a thermal efficiency of 43.32%. It has created the highest thermal efficiency record of mass production hybrid engine in the world. The first model equipped with this system power-Xingyue L Raytheon Hi X hybrid version has also attracted many consumers' attention and purchase because of its power and endurance advantages. The car is equipped with 1.5T hybrid system, maximum power 150ps, peak torque 225N ·m, and the transmission system uses a three-gear electric transmission (DHT Pro). According to officials, the car has a thermal efficiency of 43.32% and a fuel saving rate of 40%. When it is full of fuel, the maximum range is 1300km, and the overall fuel consumption is only 4.3L/100km.

Xingyue L Raytheon Hi X gas-electric hybrid is based on the compact SUV built by Xingyue L, so it can also be regarded as a current Xingyue L gas-electric hybrid model. The Xingyue L hybrid version is priced at 173700 yuan and is expected to go on sale this year.

Reviewing the sales volume of Xingyue L, since its official launch on July 20, 2021, the sales of Xingyue L from July to December in 2021 were 6059, 10036, 10168, 4092, 11083 and 12035 respectively, with a cumulative sales volume of 53473 in 6 months. For a new SUV, its sales performance is more eye-catching.

Xingyue L Raytheon Hi X oil-electric hybrid as a hybrid version of Xingyue L, the future performance is still unknown. Currently, Geely brand models for sale include Jiaji PHEV, colorful PHEV, Borey ePro, Xingyue PHEV, etc., but sales are relatively general. It is expected that Xingyue L Raytheon Hi X oil-electric hybrid version and pure electric battery can reach 200km + after the launch of the "added program" Raytheon power models may bring new growth for Geely sales.

Returning to the topic of Geely's latest planning for 2022, its latest plan also mentioned that in terms of chips, Geely said that in the third quarter of 2022, the 7nm specification-class intelligent cockpit multimedia chip "Eagle 1" will be mass-produced, and the first model to be mass-produced will be a popular model under Geely. Next, Geely will be able to provide all the core processor chips from the traditional automotive electronic architecture to the next-generation intelligent networked automotive electronic architecture. including "intelligent cockpit chip, self-driving chip, on-board CPU chip" three product lines.

In addition, according to the previous plan, in terms of fuel vehicles, the Geely brand will launch an A-class SUV of the same size as Boyue based on the CMA platform this year. The new car can be regarded as a new generation of Boyue and is expected to be upgraded in terms of appearance and power. In terms of new energy vehicles, Geely will launch modified Geometry A, modified Geometry C, new hybrids and small electric cars with a guide price of less than 100000 yuan this year, of which the proportion of hybrid models with Raytheon will increase to 30% and 50% in 2022. Geely officially plans to launch more than 25 electric vehicles (including pure electric, plug-in hybrid, gas-electric hybrid, etc.) within five years, of which more than 10 are Geely brands, and more than 5 are Lecker, Geometry and new power-changing travel brands.

In terms of sales, the data show that Geely sold a total of 1328029 vehicles in 2021, winning the top sales of Chinese brand car companies for five consecutive years, but Geely did not complete its sales of 1.53 million vehicles due to a shortage of spare parts. as for the sales target for 2022 in the new year, Geely has set a target of 1.65 million vehicles, a sales target of 24% compared with 2021, which shows that Geely is going to do a big job this year.
