However, recently, many Volvo XC60 owners have reported that their cars have been quietly "reduced"! In addition, at present, S90 and XC60 have cancelled the function of induction rear door, car owners should take the configuration form provided by the dealer as standard, and confirm with the dealer.

In addition to Volvo XC60, Lang Yi, from SAIC-Volkswagen, was complained of "sales fraud that does not match publicity". Based on the complaints from many car owners, users found that the configuration of the 2021 Lang Yi purchased was not in line with the publicity, and there were problems in the reduction of the car-machine system, lack of functions and so on.

According to official promotional materials, the 2021 Volkswagen Longyi should be equipped with the original smart car couplet system, which supports functions such as connecting CarPlay through SAIC-Volkswagen Super APP. However, a number of car owners found that the new car they bought did not have the original car machine, used an "Android phone" that was inconsistent with the publicity, and did not have CarPlay, MOS and other functions. In addition, according to the picture provided by the user, there is a USB interface in the lower right corner of the car, but the newly mentioned car does not, which seriously affects the user experience.

Euler good cat has also received a large number of complaints from car owners because of "false propaganda". About the course of the incident, after the owner of the Euler cat picked up the car, he accidentally found that the chip information displayed in the system information did not match the chip model claimed by Euler Automobile official Euler. In the official promotional materials of Euler Automobile, it is claimed that the Euler cat uses Qualcomm 8-core CPU chip, but the vehicle information shows that it is equipped with Intel 4-core chip. The incident triggered a large number of complaints from car owners after it was exposed online, and CCTV's financial channel also conducted a special investigation report. Finally, Euler Automobile introduced a compensation plan, promising to give car owners 10000 yuan in charging rights to be paid out in cash, the bustling Ola good cat chip fraud came to an end.

To some extent, the complaint list reflects the disclosure of product problems, although it does not mean that all car owners will encounter similar problems, but it can inspire car companies in product research and development, quality control and problem handling can be more actively promoted, it is possible to obtain more market recognition.
