Due to the failure of the vehicle, Mr. Liu pointed out that he was worried about safe driving, so he made a request to the 4S store: the new car can be replaced with accessories, as long as the driver is guaranteed to use the car.

In response, the person in charge of Hunan Huayang Audi Sunshine Store said that Mr. Liu's vehicle used the fault light of the exhaust gas monitoring system to light up, and initially found that there was something wrong with the monitoring fuel gas leakage pump, and the preliminary suggestion was to replace it. The person in charge also said bluntly: it is true that there are quality problems with vehicle parts, but it will not affect safety.

The person in charge of Hunan Huayang Audi Sunshine Store put forward: in view of the fact that Mr. Liu's vehicle has been tested, it is suggested that the fuel pump should be replaced first according to the fault indicated by the test, and carry out free maintenance for Mr. Liu's vehicle according to the three-package method. However, Mr. Liu is not satisfied with the treatment plan given by the 4S store.

Mr. Liu said that since this fault will not affect the safety of driving, he hopes that 4S stores can give safety protection, that is, if a safety accident occurs because of this failure, 4S stores should be held responsible. 4S stores said: the state has relevant laws and regulations, 4S stores no longer need to provide additional commitments to Mr. Liu, Mr. Liu believes that this is not responsible to consumers. The person in charge of Hunan Huayang Audi Sunshine Store pointed out: the state introduced and implemented the new "three guarantees Law" on January 1, 2022, and FAW Audi also has a product quality assurance of 100000 kilometers for three years, which is already a commitment to all consumers. therefore, there is no 4S store or a single brand that does not promise, as there is already this guarantee, 4S stores do not think it is necessary to issue quality assurance.

According to the inquiry, the provisions on the responsibility for the repair, replacement and return of Household Automobile products promulgated by the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration will come into effect on January 1, 2022. According to the new regulations, if the engine, transmission, power battery, driving motor or its main parts need to be replaced due to quality problems within seven days from the date of validity of the three packages, the seller shall change or return the car free of charge according to the choice of consumers.
