On the side of the body, the change of the new car is not big, and the overall waistline is clear. In the rear part, the taillight of the new car adopts a through design, which echoes with the headlights on the front face. in addition, the rear part of the new car has the word Song MAX DM-i. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4710/1810/1690mm, and the wheelbase is 2785mm. Among them, the "upgrade roof" model is as high as 1880mm, and the wheelbase remains unchanged.

In the interior part, the new car still uses the BYD family design style, and the new car interior is equipped with a small LCD screen, a three-spoke multi-function steering wheel and a central suspension multimedia touch screen. In terms of seat layout, the new car has two optional space layouts of six seats and seven seats, that is, seven seats and six seats. Judging from the configuration announced by the new car Song MAX DM-i, the configuration of Song MAX DM-i is better than that of Song MAX DM, such as upgrade roof, longer pure electric mileage and better fuel consumption performance.

The auto industry focused on looking at BYD's model sales over the past year and found that BYD's performance in the MPV market was very mediocre compared to the car and SUV market.
