The price of the new car has been announced in early January this year, and the price range after the subsidy for the new car is 43.666-513400 yuan. Specifically, the standard battery package of 75kWh subsidizes 11340 yuan, the purchase price of the whole vehicle is 436660 yuan; the subsidy price of 100kWh long-lasting battery package is 12600 yuan, the purchase price of the whole vehicle is 493400 yuan; the subsidy for the first edition of ET7 is 12600 yuan, and the purchase price of the whole vehicle is 513400 yuan.

The ET7, the fourth mass-production model after the ES8, ES6 and EC6, was first launched at the NIO Day 2020 in Chengdu in January last year. The new car is based on the concept car ET Preview, a total of three configuration models are launched, the design of the whole car focuses on minimalist style, positioning medium and large flagship cars.

In terms of appearance, the new car uses NIO family-style design language, the front part of the face is not too much chrome decoration, looks more concise. The front face of the new car adopts a closed intake grille and a split-shaped headlamp group, which tends to the sports style as a whole. The side modeling uses the sliding back coupe shape, the line is simple and smooth, in addition, the car body also uses the frameless door and hidden door handle design. The taillight group with blackened tail shape adopts a penetrating shape, which effectively stretches the transverse visual width of the tail. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 5098/1987/1505mm, wheelbase 3060mm, positioning medium and large cars, and comprehensive standard BMW 7-Series. As a reference, the length, width and height of BMW 7-Series are 5273/1902/1498mm, and the wheelbase is 3210mm.

In the interior part, the new car is equipped with three displays, including a 10.2inch HDR digital meter, a 12.8inch AMOLED central control screen and a 6.6inch HDR multi-function control screen.

In terms of power, the new car adopts the power combination of permanent magnet synchronous motor before 180kW and AC induction motor after 300kW, the comprehensive power output of the system is 480kw, the peak torque is 850N ·m, and the acceleration time of 100 kilometers is 3.8 seconds. In terms of battery life, the new car is equipped with battery packs of 70kWh, 100kWh and 150kWh, respectively, and lasts 500km, 700km and 1000 km under comprehensive conditions.

In terms of competition, the new car will fully bid on the BMW 7-Series after its launch.

Up to now, there are three models on sale in Xilai, namely ES6, ES8 and EC6, of which the ES6 price of positioning medium-sized SUV is 35.8-468000 yuan; the ES8 price of medium-sized positioning SUV is 46.8-476000 yuan; and the EC6 price of positioning medium-sized SUV is 36.8-468000 yuan.

In terms of product planning, in addition to the ET7 mentioned above will be delivered this month, on December 19, 2021, Xilai officially released its second car, ET5, the new car will launch two versions of 75kWh and 100kWh, and the price before the subsidy is 328000 yuan and 386000 yuan respectively. The ET5 positioning medium-sized luxury sedan, which is lower than the ET7, is expected to be officially delivered in September 2022, and the ET5 will be used as an entry-level model of the NIO. After the launch of the new car, it is expected to compete with Tesla Model 3, Xiaopeng P7 and ZEEKR 001 models.

In addition, Xilai previously announced that another new car will be released in April this year, which will be named ES7, located in the big five-seat pure electric SUV, between ES6 and ES8, and will be built based on the Xilai NT2.0 platform. With the market of these three new cars, Xilai will become the one with the largest number of products among the new power brands.

In terms of sales volume, a total of 91429 vehicles were delivered in 2021, of which the cumulative sales of ES6, EC6 and ES8 in 2021 were 41474, 29905 and 20050 respectively.

A total of 15783 cars were delivered from January to February this year, lagging behind ideal cars and Xiaopeng cars. " At the same time, Li Bin pointed out that the final real final of the auto industry will take place around 2024 / 25.

As the first mass-produced car, the ET7 model will further complete the rectangle of the NIO product after its launch. At the same time, ET7 may be able to seize part of the market share after its launch.
