After driving 410 kilometers after the new car was bought, the engine lights turned on, the engine trembled violently, the speed suddenly dropped from 50 to 60 or 60 to 70 to 20 or 30, and the throttle was weak, unable to step on, and so on. At present, this problem has appeared seven times. Mr. Mao said: the above problem first appeared on January 28 this year, and then contacted the 4S store, the store sales staff asked him to restart, in accordance with this operation, the problem was solved. But since February 4, the same problem has occurred again and again. Mr. Mao will only drive the car to a nearby Mercedes-Benz 4S store for repairs. The problem occurred again when he came back to drive on February 12. The 4S store said that the cylinders 5, 7 and 8 of the vehicle were burning off and advised Mr. Mao to drive the car to the place where he bought the car for repair. After that, Ningbo Hexing 4S store reported to Mr. Mao that the vehicle had been tested and there was something wrong with the ignition coil and spark plug. Mr. Mao believed that the ignition coils and spark plugs were problems with engine accessories, so he agreed to put the car in the store for maintenance. However, it was not long before Mr. Mao was told that the engine throttle accumulated carbon. In response, Mr. Mao pointed out that it is unrealistic for the new car throttle not to run tens of thousands of kilometers without carbon accumulation, so the problem has not been solved.
On March 1, Mr. Mao went to the store to drive the car away, but the staff said that the maintenance had not been completed and the maintenance order could not be issued, which made Mr. Mao very dissatisfied. Mr. Mao said that the car stalled soon after it started, and the car was parked in the store after it was stalled. Hexing 4S store did not give a clear maintenance plan, and the maintenance plan was getting bigger and bigger. In response, Xia General Manager of Ningbo Hexing Automobile sales and Service Co., Ltd. said that their maintenance plan was very clear from the very beginning, and several places for maintenance and inspection had been informed, and the problem with the throttle was the inspection of the throttle angle, not the inspection of carbon accumulation. in addition, according to the technical plan, the fuel injector needs to be checked, but Mr. Mao does not agree to the inspection, so the maintenance is not completed. As for the inability to issue a maintenance order, it is because Mr. Mao only agreed to repair the ignition coil and spark plug and was unwilling to write down the maintenance plan.
General Manager Xia also said that after inspection, it can basically be determined that the problem of lighting of the vehicle can be solved, because there is no problem with the engine itself, only some accessories have problems. Mr. Mao believes that some previous inspections have nothing to do with the throttle, and General Manager Xia only gave an explanation that "technically, there is no way to give a professional explanation."
It is understood that because of the same problem, Mr. Mao has entered the 4S store four times, and the first three times he went to other 4S stores and issued two maintenance orders, among which the engine lights were on on February 5 and the fire broke out in the 7th and 8th cylinders. The two lists of February 4 and February 6 were opened together, which he later went to the 4S store to make up. The content was to check at the store on February 4, without prompting the fault light and no fault code, and upgrading the engine. After arriving at the store on February 6, no fault code was found, and no fault was found in the test drive. Mr. Mao said that if the same problem occurs again, he would like to return the car.
General Manager Xia believes that this is Mr. Mao's first visit to his 4S store, and whether the other 4S stores can be summed up together is defined by law. General Manager Xia also said that at present, the two sides have discussed dozens of times. Before, he offered to give Mr. Mao 10,000 yuan in maintenance and four free maintenance, but Mr. Mao did not accept it, so he hoped to resolve the matter through legal means.
