As Tesla's second overseas super factory, the operation of the factory is very important to Tesla. Tesla's Shanghai factory delivered a total of 56515 cars in February this year. Tesla's Shanghai factory delivers an average of about 2018 new cars per day (23200 domestically and the remaining 33315 for export). It is understood that the weekly production capacity of Tesla's Shanghai factory is about 17000 vehicles, with an average production capacity of 2500 new cars per day. According to Tesla's Chinese website, Tesla China has extended the estimated delivery time of the domestic Model 3 from 16-20 weeks to 20-24 weeks, that is, it will take 4 months to mention the new car even if the order is placed now, while the estimated delivery time of the domestic Model Y remains unchanged at 10-14 weeks.
