Different from the current Nissan family-style straight line design, the new car adopts a large number of round arc design, which is very recognizable as a whole. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4603/1900/1654mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 2775 mm. In terms of size, the size of the new car is close to that of SAIC Volkswagen ID.4. In terms of sales volume, Dongfeng Nissan accounts for about 1/3 of Dongfeng Motor Company's passenger car sales volume. Dongfeng Nissan sold only 67159 retail vehicles in March, down 33.5 percent year-on-year, according to public data. Nissan China attributed the sharp decline in sales to "the serious impact of external factors such as Xinguan epidemic and cross-industry raw material shortage." However, according to its product sales volume, the sales volume of the seventh generation Teana in March was 11,679 units; the sales volume of new and old Xuanyi was 30,240 units, and the sales volume of Xiaoke was 15,234 units. All three production and sales models declined to varying degrees.

At present, the joint venture brands are all in the layout of new energy market, such as Toyota and Honda and other Japanese automobile enterprises are vigorously adding electric transformation, and from the domestic market, Nissan and Honda and Toyota have a big gap, Dongfeng Nissan Ariya after listing can bring new sales growth point for Nissan, it is not known at present.
