As for whether there is any breach of contract, Ms. Yang directly pointed out that the seller prohibits the sales consultant from privately accepting customer cash, transfer, etc.(including vehicle purchase tax, etc.), but the first refund comes from the private account transfer of the sales consultant, and the sales consultant accepts the money privately, so 4S shop defaults first.

Mr. Cai said: "This is what I went to find the scalper to handle, and I immediately returned it to Ms. Yang. There was no money in or out, including the handling fee for the customer's credit card. I personally paid Ms. Yang. The remaining transfer is the money on the company's internal account. We have been going through the process."
