According to reports, on the evening of May 10, more than 100 prospective owners of Zhiji Angel issued a joint statement to protect their rights, asking Zhiji to make further responses to five major issues such as "false propaganda of battery capacity" and "multiple propaganda configurations not fulfilled".

According to the comprehensive owner's joint rights statement, the owner lists five major problems, including the rights and interests of angel wheel version are exceeded, scarce seats are not scarce; the conditions for upgrading lidar and high-end energy battery are not clear; the configuration table propaganda 93kWh battery capacity does not match the registration of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; the auto show conference and advertising publicity have not been fulfilled; and the official APP community management chaos five major problems. According to previous reports of automobile industry concern, Zhiji Automobile was founded on December 25,2020. On November 26,2020, SAIC Group issued an announcement saying that SAIC "L" project was officially named "Zhiji Automobile," which was jointly built by SAIC Group, Shanghai Pudong New District and Alibaba. The initial round financing of the project was RMB 10 billion yuan, among which SAIC held 54%, Pudong New District and Ali each held 18%, and the others accounted for 10%.

Zhiji L7 is the first high-end brand mass production model jointly launched by SAIC, Alibaba and Zhangjiang Hi-Tech. It is positioned as a pure electric medium and large sedan. On April 17, Zhiji L7, the first model of Zhiji Automobile, was officially launched. Two new models were launched. In terms of power, the new car is equipped with a dual motor system. The comprehensive maximum power of the system is 425 kilowatts, the maximum torque is 725 N·m, and the vehicle price is 368,800 yuan-408,800 yuan. Among them, the price of Zhiji L7 Pro model is 408,800 yuan, and the price of Zhiji L7 Dynamic model is 368,800 yuan.
