According to BYD's official statement, the marine life series is a series of products created by BYD for pure electric cars. The series will be based on e-platform 3.0 and will focus on good appearance, new safety, new efficiency, new intelligence and new experience. And they are all car models. Judging from the current rectangle of BYD's products, the dolphin price of the positioning compact car is 102800-130800 yuan, and the Qin PLUS EV price of the positioning compact car is 138800-174800 yuan. The Han EV of the medium-sized sedan is priced at 214800-284500 yuan, while the medium-sized car market is still blank in the BYD market, so the seal model with a pre-sale price range of 212800-289800 yuan will directly fill this gap and further improve BYD's product rectangle.

The latest data show that BYD sold 106042 new energy vehicles in April, an increase of 313.2% over the same period last year, including 105475 new energy passenger vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 321.3%. The cumulative vehicle sales from January to April were 392371, an increase of 387.94% over the same period last year, including 390212 new energy passenger vehicles, an increase of 397.63% over the same period last year, while the dolphin sales of the Ocean net marine biology series were 12040 in April this year. It sold 41651 vehicles from January to April, making it another hot model under BYD.
