After preliminary investigation and analysis, the reason for this situation is that the vehicle's low-voltage battery charging module has a failure, which is shown in the dashboard, but it is not obvious. The prompt for effectively guiding users to stop driving and pull over is not strong enough. After the failure, if the vehicle continues to drive for about 10-15 minutes, the vehicle may be suspended. In response to this problem, the senior director of product quality of Xilai Automobile said: at present, the latest software version 1.0.1b has been urgently developed to fix the reminder problem, and the vehicles delivered from tomorrow will be refreshed to 1.0.1b software version for delivery. For the delivered vehicles, NIO will push them to the owners through Fota as soon as possible. At present, the failure of low-voltage battery charging module is a small probability, which can be identified and repaired after sale. NIO will conduct an in-depth analysis of the problem as soon as possible, hoping that users will stop driving when they see an alarm related to the power of a low-voltage battery on the meter.

In terms of power, the new car adopts the power combination of permanent magnet synchronous motor before 180kW and AC induction motor after 300kW, the comprehensive power output of the system is 480kw, the peak torque is 850N ·m, and the acceleration time of 100 kilometers is 3.8 seconds. In terms of battery life, the new car is equipped with battery packs of 70kWh, 100kWh and 150kWh, respectively, and lasts 500km, 700km and 1000 km under comprehensive conditions.

According to the latest figures, a total of 7024 cars were delivered in May, of which 1707 were delivered by the ET7 in May. The ET7, the first mass-produced car under the Lulai, has delivered a total of 2563 since its launch, including 163in March and 693 in April.
