" At present, Mr. Fan has filed a civil lawsuit against Chongqing Shuolong Automobile sales and Service Co., Ltd., the operator of the 4S store, and Zhang, the sales manager.

According to public information, Chongqing Shuolong Automobile sales and Service Co., Ltd. was established on September 10, 2010, registered at 188 Keyuan Road, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing, and the legal representative is Wang Pei. According to upstream news reports, after learning about Mr. Fan's incident, through the information provided by Tianyan check, we found the mobile phone of Wang, the legal representative of Chongqing Shuolong Automobile sales and Service Co., Ltd., but there was no answer after dialing. After that, a WeChat group was added, and all the people in this WeChat group are customers of the 4S store. Among these customers, some customers have already paid the deposit for the vehicle they want to buy, but they are also unable to pick up the car; some customers have picked up the car but did not get the vehicle certificate, and they cannot get a license plate and cannot be on the road; and some customers have ordered vehicle maintenance in this store, and there are still a lot of maintenance times left unused. At present, these customers have expressed concern about the situation of the 4S store. Among them, Ms. Zhong, an activist car owner in the WeChat group, reflected to the media that she had ordered a car with a market price of 900000 and paid a deposit of about 450000 yuan, but she was still unable to pick up the car. Another activist car owner with Ms. Zhong also said that he ordered a car of more than 300,000 yuan, and he paid a deposit of about 100000 at that time, but he was also unable to pick up the car.

On June 17, the upstream news went to the 4S store and learned that there were only individual staff on duty in the store. A staff member on duty said that the store did encounter difficulties at present and the owner was trying to solve it. In addition, some customers have received relevant reply messages from Jiulongpo District Market Supervision and Management Bureau. The text message said: "the company has broken the capital chain due to its own business reasons. At present, the district government attaches great importance to it. District leaders instruct the district commercial committee to take the lead and cooperate with relevant units to study and formulate measures to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers."
