In view of the above defects, SAIC Volkswagen Automobile Co., Ltd. will inspect the connection parts of the fuel pipe of the vehicle within the recall scope, and replace the fuel pipe free of charge if the connection is unreliable, in order to eliminate the hidden danger of safety.

Public data show that from January to May this year, SAIC Audi sold 316,258,256,123,519 vehicles respectively, with a cumulative sales of 1472 vehicles. The vehicles recalled by SAIC and Volkswagen are some of the 2021-2022 Audi A7L cars produced between September 14, 2021 and June 1, 2022, totaling 1765. Since June sales have not yet been announced, combined with the new car sales in the first five months of this year, it is estimated that the number of vehicles recalled is the total sales since the new car came on the market.
