On this point, BYD Song Pro new energy models and Geometry Kung Fu Niu are almost the "worst-hit areas" of car owners' complaints, ranking second and fourth on the list of complaints respectively.
Take BYD as an example, BYD's sales of new energy vehicles have been soaring since 2022, especially after BYD announced in early April that it had stopped selling fuel vehicles. BYD's orders were hot, selling more than 100000 vehicles for three months in a row, which directly led to the situation that BYD was "in short supply". As a result, many car owners complained that BYD was "unable to pick up the car" and the delivery time was slow. Li Qian, secretary of the board of directors of BYD, said when participating in the CCTV Financial interview program on May 30: "BYD is still in short supply. At present, it owes more than 500000 market orders. Consumers have to wait four and a half months, or even six months, to buy BYD cars. If not for the impact of the epidemic, sales may be better. This year's annual sales target mainly depends on the quality of the supply chain." According to the concern of the automobile industry, at present, many models of BYD need to wait for 2-3 months, which shows the hot selling degree of BYD in the same level of products.
