In the rear part, the through taillight adopts a multi-level design, the upper part is a red LED taillight, which will be lit at night, and the lower part is a transparent headlight design, with a hidden exhaust layout. In terms of size, the length, width and height of the new colorful wisdom are 4380/1790/1590mm, and the wheelbase is 2610mm. Compared with the current model, the length and width of the car increase by 52mm and 18mm, but the wheelbase remains the same.

In terms of interior decoration, referring to the overseas version of VEZEL, the center console is redesigned with a three-frame multi-function steering wheel, a through air outlet and a suspended central control screen, which is similar to the 11th generation Honda Civic. In addition, the car-machine system supports interconnection functions such as CarPlay and Android Auto, the roof has double skylights, and the "magic seat" function still matches.

In terms of power, the new colorful wisdom is equipped with a 1.5L naturally aspirated engine, the maximum power 91kw, and the transmission system matches the CVT gearbox. It is worth mentioning that the overseas version of VEZEL launched the fuel version and the hybrid version, with reference to the hybrid version of Dongfeng Honda's current models, so the possibility of a new hybrid version of the new XR-V cannot be ruled out.

According to the data, colorful Intelligence officially launched on October 25, 2014, with a price of 12.88-189800 yuan. It is the first SUV under GAC Honda and the third Honda strategic model introduced after Accord and Feido. A month later, Dongfeng Honda XR-V was officially listed at a price of 12.78-162800 yuan. In fact, Color Intelligence and XR-V are the same model, derived from Honda VEZEL, in which Color Intelligence is basically the same as VEZEL, while XR-V has made some changes in appearance through local adaptability improvement, but generally speaking, there will not be much difference between Color Intelligence and XR-V in terms of interior decoration and power except in front face design. From the development time point of view, colorful wisdom has entered the market for 7 years, now ushered in a new generation of models, whether the appearance, interior decoration, power are beginning to follow the development of the market. As for whether the brand-new appearance and interior design can be sought after by the market, it is also a matter of opinion.

Honda colorful Intelligence has always been regarded as the benchmark product of small SUV, and its domestic sales also confirm this view. Take the sales in the first half of 2022 as an example. In the small SUV market, Guangzhou Automobile Honda's colorful Intelligence and Dongfeng Honda XR-V sales were 72811 and 68503 respectively, making it the undisputed leader in the small SUV, followed by the Nezha V of the new power brand, with sales of 41387 vehicles. By contrast, Guangzhou Auto Toyota C-HR and FAW Toyota Yize sold only 12636 and 9772 vehicles, while Dongfeng Nissan sold only 6156 vehicles, which is not the same class at all.
