According to the domestic sales data released by the three automobile enterprises, BMW's cumulative sales volume fell by 23.3% year-on-year to 378,700 vehicles, which is the brand with the smallest sales decline among BBA brands; Mercedes-Benz's cumulative sales volume in the first half of the year was 355,800 vehicles, down 24.1% year-on-year; Audi ranked third, with cumulative sales volume in the first half of the year falling 31.9% year-on-year to 317,000 vehicles, making it the brand with the highest decline among BBA brands.

Audi's sales have lagged behind BMW Mercedes in previous years, as well as in the first half of this year. Audi's cumulative sales volume in China was 317,000 vehicles (including imported vehicles). According to the data of the Association, the cumulative retail sales volume of Audi A6L in the first half of the year was 56995 vehicles, with an average monthly sales volume of less than 10,000 vehicles. Compared with the same period last year, the sales volume of Audi A6L declined by 41.1%. From the data point of view, compared with Mercedes-Benz E-class and BMW 5 series, Audi A6L sales volume is the lowest and the highest decline. On the contrary, in the new energy automobile market, the sales volume of the three major brands increased. For example, the sales volume of BMW Group's pure electric vehicles in China increased by 74.6% year-on-year in the first half of the year.
