It is understood that the mid-term revamped Teana will be on the market this year, and the new car will adopt a new design style. although it is still an inverted trapezoidal large-size front grille, the new car will replace the chrome strip at the edge of the current grille with bright black strips and add horizontal strip elements on the outside, corresponding to the internal spokes of the grille. In terms of power, the new car will be equipped with a 2.0T turbocharged engine KR20 produced by Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd., with a maximum power of 179kw. As for the new car on the market, it is worth looking forward to whether it can bring substantial growth to Teana.

In contrast to the Japanese system, sales of the BBA, which has always been booming in the midsize car market, declined collectively, with the BMW 3-Series down 20.57 per cent year-on-year to 81100 vehicles, while Audi A4L and Mercedes-Benz C-Class sales fell 12.92 per cent and 20.01 per cent respectively. Sales of these three models have fallen sharply, most likely affected by the epidemic and parts supply. Among them, the decline of the BMW 3-Series is relatively large. In addition to the epidemic situation and the impact of spare parts supply, the reputation of the BMW 3-Series has also declined this year. The burning of engine oil has been repeatedly complained by consumers, and more and more consumers have questioned BMW. BMW is also in a serious crisis of confidence, while the BMW 3-Series, as the main model of BMW, is not as good as the higher BMW 5-Series in the first half of the year.

Volkswagen Maiteng and Volkswagen Passat are sister models, and there is not much difference in sales between the two models, of which Maiteng's cumulative sales are 65800 and Passat's are 67500, of which Maiteng's sales have fallen more severely, plummeting 30.98% from a year earlier, while Passat's is down 10.89%. It is understood that SAIC-Volkswagen launched the mid-term revamped Passat as early as August 2021, but Maiteng has no relevant news. The model currently on sale is the 2020 model, which will be launched in December 2019.

Tesla Model 3 is the only pure electric car. After experiencing the "suffocation" in April and May, sales soared to 25508 in June, ranking only behind the Camry that month, while the cumulative sales in the first half of the year were 64270, ranking ninth on the list. If the situation is stable in the second half of the year, Model 3 is still likely to make it into the top five.

In addition to the top 10, Citroen Versailles sold a total of 19700 vehicles in the first half of the year, making it the best-selling model of Citroen Motors, referring to the retail data of the Federation of passengers. As a brand new model, Versailles plays the role of "savior" of DPCA, so its market sales also continue to receive attention, which is basically stable at the level of 4000.
