Mr. Liu described: "the engine gearbox leaked oil, the electric tail door could not be opened, the anti-collision system gave an alarm, and there was an abnormal noise while driving on the highway." All these problems lie with me. How am I supposed to drive? " It pointed out that since buying this car, either on the road of repair or on the road of complaint, at present, there are five or six kinds of problems in the vehicle, such as oil leakage in engine gearbox, failure to open electric tail door, alarm of anti-collision system, abnormal noise while driving on the highway, and so on, which have not been solved, so that he does not dare to drive this car now.

On July 3, Mr. Liu changed the steering machine and reverse image at the 4S store. however, the oil leak was found after the vehicle started. In response to a number of questions raised by Mr. Liu, the after-sales manager of Dongfeng Nissan Zibo Teda store said that after inspection, Mr. Liu's steering gear needs to be replaced and the oil seal needs to be replaced. As for other problems with vehicles, 4S stores have been actively dealing with them.

A series of breakdowns occurred in less than a year after the purchase of the new car, which was unacceptable to anyone, and the 4S store was also very dissatisfied with Mr. Liu, so Mr. Liu proposed to return the car and compensate for the losses. regarding this request, the 4S store said that it was necessary to consult the manufacturer.

Mr. Liu believes that frequent vehicle failures have threatened the life and safety of drivers. when asked whether the new car failure will affect the driver's driving safety and whether the vehicle failure is a quality problem, the after-sales manager of the 4S store explained that Mr. Liu's vehicle failure is an individual case, and he is unable to judge whether it is a quality problem or not, and it is necessary for the manufacturer to make a correct judgment after inspection. At present, the manufacturer is actively dealing with the problem, and it is expected that someone will be responsible within three days, and then the manufacturer will give Mr. Liu a reply after some feedback.

In view of the above problems, so far, the two sides have not reached an agreement, and the after-sales manager of the 4S store is conducting further consultations on the problems encountered by Mr. Liu.

The cumulative sales from January to June this year were only 4, 368.
