As a brand new model, the new car is different from the Audi SUV currently on sale in appearance, and the overall visual style is more radical. Combined with the published information, the design of the new car is inspired by the auspicious animal "Kirin" in Chinese mythology, and the appearance will be selected by double front faces, which are the administrative version and the sports version respectively. The biggest difference between the two models is mainly reflected in the design of the grid inside the front face. Among them, the executive version of the car continues the honeycomb shape of the Audi RS family and carries out the vertical matrix arrangement design, while the sports version of the front face grille is covered with horizontal polygons and Y-shaped ornaments, and uses more accolade black elements on the front face, side, tail and LOGO. In addition, two different models are equipped with penetrating light belts, which is the first time Audi has used such a design.

On the side of the body, the new car also has a new design style. The two front-face models are also different on the side of the body. The D-column of the new car is chrome-plated and black painted, the window frame is blackened with black eyebrows and large rims, and the black D-column and suspended black roof of the sports version further emphasize the sense of movement.

In the rear part, the new car is equipped with a small roof spoiler and through taillights, while the rear surround shape uses a double-layer design with a hidden exhaust layout, which looks very layered as a whole.

In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car is 5099/2014/1784mm, the wheelbase is 2980mm, and the positioning is medium and large SUV. In terms of size, the size of the new car exceeds the current Audi flagship SUV Q7 model, but the wheelbase is shorter than 16mm. At present, SAIC Audi has two models on sale, namely Audi A7L and Audi Q5 e-tron. Among them, the Audi A7L is the first model under SAIC Audi, which went on sale in September 2021 and currently sells for 43.77-777700 yuan. The car has launched 2.0T (45TFSI) and 3.0T (55TFSI) two power models, 2.0T with 2.0T turbocharged four-cylinder engine, maximum power of 180kw, peak torque of 370N ·m, matching 7-speed wet double-clutch transmission; 3.0T with 3.0T V6 engine, maximum 250kw, peak torque of 500N ·m, matching seven-speed wet double-clutch gearbox, all standard Quatro four-wheel drive system.

Audi Q5 e-tron is SAIC Audi's second production car and its first pure electric SUV, which was officially launched on May 17 this year. The new car is positioned as a deluxe medium and large pure electric SUV with a total of five models with a current price range of 37.65-479500 yuan. The car is equipped with two power forms, 40 e-tron and 50 e-tron quattro respectively. The former adopts a single motor layout with a comprehensive maximum power of 204hp and a peak torque of 310Nm, while the latter adopts a dual-motor layout with a combined maximum power of 306hp and a peak torque of 460Nm. The CLTC mileage of the two models is 560km and 520km respectively.

The data show that Audi A7L sold 1985 vehicles in the first half of this year, while Audi Q5 e-tron sold 222 vehicles since it went on sale in mid-May.
