Sichuan FAW Toyota Motor Co., Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture jointly funded by China first Automobile Group Co., Ltd., Japan Toyota Motor Co., Ltd., and Toyota Tcomm Co., Ltd. it is Toyota's first vehicle project in China, and it is also the largest automobile joint venture project in Sichuan. The company was established on November 10, 1998 and is 50% owned by Chinese and foreign parties. It is understood that FAW Toyota Chengdu plant mainly produces Costa passenger cars and Prada off-road vehicles. After Prada stopped production in 2020, Asian Dragon took the place of Prada, filling in the gap of Prado delisting. At present, the annual production capacity is more than 100000 vehicles.

In other words, FAW Toyota Chengdu plant shutdown may affect Asian Dragon production, but Toyota has not yet announced the production of models affected by the shutdown. A Toyota spokesman pointed out that the latest situation is monitored every day and followed the guidance of the local government.

Expand the implementation scope of power transfer by industrial enterprises to the people in 19 cities (states) of the province (except Panzhihua and Liangshan), completely stop production (except security load) for all industrial power users (including key protection enterprises on the whitelist) in the orderly power consumption plan of Sichuan power grid, take high-temperature holidays, give power to the people, and strive to ensure people's livelihood, from 00:00 on August 15 to 24:00 on August 20, 2022.

It is understood that the power cuts in Sichuan will affect many key industries, including the automobile manufacturing industry, the power battery industry and the chip industry. On August 16, the Yibin factory in Ningde era in Sichuan has been shut down due to power cuts from August 15 to August 20. It is understood that the Sichuan Yibin factory of the Ningde era, located in Sanjiang New District, Yibin City, Sichuan Province, is one of the main lithium battery production bases in the Ningde era, but the Ningde era did not respond publicly to power cuts and outages. Sichuan, Jiangsu and other places have turned on power-limiting mode for industrial users. On August 17, the Chongqing Economic and Informatization Commission and the Chongqing Electric Power Company of the State Grid jointly issued the "Emergency notice on expanding the implementation scope of Power transfer to the people by Industrial Enterprises" on August 16. The circular said that in order to ensure safe and orderly power supply and the basic needs of the masses, a first-level plan for orderly power consumption should be launched, and all power users included in the orderly power consumption plan must participate in the implementation (except the security load) and transfer electricity to the people. the time is from 0:00 on August 17th to 24:00 on August 24th, and then it will be adjusted in time according to the change of temperature and the supply and demand situation.

According to public data, Chongqing has gathered a large number of integrated circuit semiconductor enterprises, including closed test companies such as SK Hynix, Pingwei Industries, Jialingxin, NXP, Ziguang Zhanrui, China Star Microelectronics, Weitsen, China Science and Technology Yida, Yatli Technology, Chongqing Southwest Integrated Circuit Design, Xin Simai, Fry Technology, Wizi Technology and other chip design enterprises. According to the weather in China, it is expected that from August 24, as cold air seeps south, the heat wave in the south will obviously ease, and the highest temperature in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River is expected to fall back to about 30 ℃.
