At the scene of the auto show, Qin Lihong, co-founder and president of Lulai Automobile, announced some updated parameters of Lulai ET5, including zero acceleration to 4.0s, 100 braking distance shortened to 33.8 m, and driving range also improved. Qin Lihong created the momentum for ET5: "ET5 has more than 100 items of high performance, high intelligent human culture and equipment and performance full of beauty and movement." Friends who are considering high-end fuel medium-sized cars are advised to take a good look at ET5, which may refresh your understanding of how much equipment can be carried in medium-sized fuel cars at this price.

For the sales performance of ET5, NIO is very confident. Qin Lihong said at the press conference: "in the past year, the average monthly sales of the BMW 3-Series is more than 12000 vehicles. With the delivery of the ET5, ET5 sales will exceed the 3-Series within a year."

In fact, this is not the first time Qin Lihong has challenged the BMW 3-Series in public. Long before that, Qin Lihong pointed out: "the competitive product of the ET5 is the BMW 3-Series, and the intention of ET5 is very clear, that is, to enter the mainstream intermediate car market to differentiate the share of the existing mainstream high-end brands and the leading smart electric vehicle brands in this market." ET5 is the second car owned by Xilai, positioning medium-sized luxury sedan, the price was announced at the end of last year, the price is 32.80-386000 yuan. According to the plan, ET5 will open large lock orders on September 9 and formal delivery on September 30. It should be noted that the ET5 is currently the cheapest car owned by NIO. In this auto show, the mid-term revamped BMW 3-Series is also officially on the market, with a total of 9 new models, with a price range of 29.99-399900 yuan, a decrease of 0.6-10, 000 yuan compared with the models on sale.

As a medium-term modified model, the new car has been greatly improved in all aspects. The rear part of the car continues to use L-shaped smoked taillights, and the internal LED light belt is "L" type, which is highly recognizable after lighting. China net has also changed from cash black plastic to chrome-plated dot matrix design, and the size of the vent under the license plate frame is larger. Compared with the current BMW 3-Series, the new car is more aggressive and more recognizable.

The big change is the interior. The new BMW 3-Series cancels the traditional family design and adopts the latest family design style. The 12.3in LCD instrument and 14.9in central control screen use an integrated suspended curved screen layout and are equipped with the latest iDrive 8 car system. In addition to competing with its BBA counterparts, BMW's 3-series competitors include the upcoming delivery of the Xilai ET5. As for the chances that the ET5 will surpass the BMW 3-Series within a year, if it is calculated based on the sales of 96939 BMW 3-Series vehicles from January to July this year, the average monthly sales of the BMW 3-Series will be 13000 vehicles, and the ET5 will overtake the BMW 3-Series within a year, which means that its monthly sales must at least exceed 10,000. Data show that from January to July this year, the company delivered a total of 60879 new cars, and the ET5 may give a boost to sales as a lower-priced model. The automobile industry is concerned that the monthly sales performance of the BMW 3-Series, as a benchmark product of luxury medium-sized cars, is very stable. As a latecomer, ET5 will also face a lot of pressure to challenge the BMW 3-Series.
