In terms of power, the new XR-V is equipped with a 1.5L naturally aspirated engine, while the 1.5T turbocharged engine in the previous generation is cancelled, with a maximum power 91kw, peak torque of 145N ·m, and a transmission system that matches the CVT gearbox. It is worth mentioning that the overseas version of Qianzhi launched the fuel version and the hybrid version, with reference to the hybrid version of Dongfeng Honda's current models, so the possibility of a new hybrid version of the new XR-V cannot be ruled out.

By contrast, Guangzhou Auto Toyota C-HR and FAW Toyota Yize sold only 12636 and 9772 vehicles, while Dongfeng Nissan sold only 6156 vehicles, which is not the same class at all.

It is understood that 2022 will be the product year of Dongfeng Honda, and plans to launch a new model, a new hybrid version of the Civic, a new HATCHBACK of the Civic, a new TYPE R of the Civic, a new generation of XR-V, a new generation of CR-V, a new pure electric e:NS1 and a new SUV HR-V, with a total of 8 models. As of today, including Civic HATCHBACK, new Civic TYPE R, new generation CR-V, HR-V are not on the market, the above models will be launched in the second half of the year.
