However, it is disappointing that it has been officially confirmed that the model will be powered by pure electric rather than conventional fuel vehicles, meaning that even if the hard-core SUV can catch fire, it could lose some of the market as a new energy model. As for the naming of the model, we learned from the State intellectual property Office that SAIC GM Wuling applied for registration of trademarks such as Baojun Junpai, Baojun Junchi, Baojun Jundao, Baojun Jundu, Baojun Junshi and other trademarks. These are relatively hard trademark names and are expected to become the final naming of this model.

Looking at the Chinese market, Great Wall's tank brand can be regarded as a relatively mainstream off-road brand, with two models on sale, including Tank 300s and Tank 500s, and hard SUV such as Tank 400s, Tank 700s and Tank 800s will be launched in the future. Earlier, it was revealed that the tank brand was about to launch a small SUV called "Tank 100", and even related model designs, PPT manuscripts and prices were also released. From the outflow of the design drawings and manuscripts, Tank 100 basically continues the square box shape of Tank 300. the front face also uses round headlights, and is integrated with horizontal LED daily lights to maintain high visual recognition. The bottom will also be equipped with a wider bumper to highlight its own hard-line flavor.

Judging from the pictures taken, Tank 100 is positioned as "young people's first off-road vehicle" and "young people's first convertible" and will launch manual and automatic gear models, of which the price of manual gear is 89900 yuan. The prices of the two models of automatic gear are 9.99 yuan and 109900 yuan. However, the tank brand quickly refuted the rumor, saying that the slides shown were not internal documents of the tank, and that the relevant product positioning and price information were not true, which many netizens regretted.

As for why the tank brand does not launch such a positioning model, the probability is still affected by the platform. Tank brand models are based on tank platform research and development, including B, C, D and D+ grade SUV and pickup models, but it also has certain production standards. According to the public information of the tank platform, the tank platform supports the wheelbase of 2750-3750mm, while the wheelbase of the tank is 2750mm, so it is almost impossible to launch a tank with a lower wheelbase.
