In terms of specific models, the model with the highest number of complaints in September was BYD Song Pro, where consumers were dissatisfied with its inability to complete vehicle delivery at the time agreed upon in the contract, and there were occasional complaints about opaque car purchase prices and service attitude. Some car owners complained that BYD Song Pro had been ordered for more than 100 days and had not received a notice from the dealer to pick up the car, and the dealer had promised to pick up the car within three months. For this reason, the car owner thought that the order was opaque and whether there was queue jumping, and the buyer could not clearly know his ranking.

Data show that BYD's new energy vehicle sales hit another record high in September, up 151.2% from a year earlier to 201300, including 106000 DM models and 94900 EV models.
