Today, Guangzhou Auto Honda released a new generation of colorful wisdom officials. As a replacement model, the new colorful wisdom redesigns the appearance, its front face adopts the chrome-plated grille design, at the same time, the original round design is adjusted to be harder, the net and the car body adopt the same color design, the LED daytime driving light belt is connected with the chromium-plated strip, and the shape of the headlight group is more sharp. From a side point of view, the biggest feature is the use of a slippery back design, the whole car is no longer the front low and back high dive style, but has become a straight traditional SUV style. In the rear part, the Honda LOGO is designed in the center of the taillight, the through taillight uses a multi-level design, the upper part is a red LED taillight, it will be lit at night, the lower part is a transparent headlight design, and the hidden exhaust layout is adopted. In terms of size, the length, width and height of the new colorful wisdom are 4380/1790/1590mm, and the wheelbase is 2610mm. Compared with the current model, the length and width of the car increase by 52mm and 18mm, but the wheelbase remains the same.

In terms of interior decoration, with reference to the overseas version of VEZEL and the new XR-V, it abandoned the asymmetrical center console of the previous generation, and changed it to a straight center console similar to the Civic with a suspended central control screen design, with smoked black strips in many places of interior decoration, making the whole car look younger. Specifically, the new car uses a brand new three-spoke multi-function steering wheel, with a suspended 9-inch central control screen (built in a newly upgraded Honda SENSING security super sense and Honda CONNECT 3.0 intelligence guidance interconnection system) under the knob control unit, through air outlet and floating central control screen, which is similar to the 11th generation Honda Civic. Under the air conditioning control area, there is a separate storage compartment for the mobile phone, and there is also a USB power supply on the left and right. The maximum use of storage space has always been one of the advantages of Honda. In terms of power, the new colorful wisdom is equipped with a 1.5L naturally aspirated engine, the maximum power 91kw, and the transmission system matches the CVT gearbox.

Honda VEZEL is a small SUV owned by Honda, with domestic versions corresponding to Guangzhou Automobile Honda Coli Chi and Dongfeng Honda XR-V. Among them, colorful Intelligence was officially launched in October 2014. it is the first SUV under GAC Honda and the third Honda global model introduced after Accord and Feido. A month later, Dongfeng Honda XR-V was officially listed at a price of 12.78-162800 yuan.

In February 2021, Honda released a new generation of VEZEL in Japan, the new generation of VEZEL provides two different modeling styles, the front grille uses hexagonal design, but the grille uses chromium-plated strip and dot matrix design respectively, while Honda VEZEL corresponds to Guangzhou Honda colorful wisdom and Dongfeng Honda XR-V, the new XR-V front face uses dot matrix design, and the new colorful wisdom uses chrome strip to decorate the front face. The new Honda XR-V was officially unveiled on Aug. 28, with a price range of 13.29 yuan to 152900 yuan. For comparison, the current model sells for 12.79-175900 yuan.

For a long time, colorful wisdom has been regarded as the benchmark product of small SUV, and the domestic sales also confirm this view. Take January-August sales in 2022 as an example. In the small SUV market, Colored Intelligence and XR-V sold 93009 vehicles and 90285 vehicles respectively, followed by the Negro V of the new power brand, with 59199 vehicles. By contrast, Guangzhou Auto Toyota C-HR and FAW Toyota Yize sold only 15538 and 13283 vehicles, while Dongfeng Nissan sold only 8354 vehicles, which is not the same class at all.
