According to the latest announcement of the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration on November 9, General Motors (China) Investment Co., Ltd. filed the recall plan with the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration in accordance with the requirements of the regulations on the recall of defective Automobile products and the measures for the implementation of the regulations on the recall of defective Automobile products. It is decided to recall a total of 2012 imported Opel Inseatic cars produced from June 22, 2011 to July 15, 2013 from December 10, 2022.

The reason for this recall is that the rear suspension tie rod of the vehicle within the recall scope may be broken due to corrosion, affecting the driving stability of the vehicle, increasing the risk of accidents and the existence of safety risks.

In view of the above defects, General Motors (China) Investment Co., Ltd. will replace the rear suspension tie rods on the left and right sides of the recalled vehicles free of charge to eliminate safety risks.
