Surveillance video shows the accident at 06:42 on November 5th when a modified Model Y was driving onto a country road and appeared to be ready to pull over, but the vehicle swerved suddenly and accelerated slowly when the brake light did not come on (the rear width light of the Model Y is the same light as the brake light is on, which in the video shows the vehicle on front and rear width light, which will be lit brighter). Subsequently, the speed of the Model Y increased at maximum speed. The driver turned the steering wheel to avoid the electric motorcycle and sounded a siren to warn passers-by, while the speed of Model Y was still accelerating, showing obvious left and right swings, and obvious tire howling could be heard, and the brake light of Model Y was not lit in the process.

After that, Model Y continued to accelerate at a speed basically up to the described 198km/h, but the smoke was suspected of roadside dust, rather than white smoke from continuous braking, because the smoke was not sustained. 2) there is no braking action during the whole process.
