In addition, the new car also offers 17-inch or 19-inch rims, and a charging interface is added to the right rear wing of the plug-in hybrid model, with an optional solar roof. In terms of size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4600/1780/1420mm. In the rear part of the car, the new car taillight adopts through-type LED light source, and the rear part is marked with the letter "PRIUS" to enhance recognition. The rear penetrating black panel of the new car is skillfully integrated with the rear spoiler and the rear profile to form the visual effect of the double spoiler, which further enhances the scientific and technological sense of the whole vehicle.

In the interior part, the new car also adopts the latest family design style, equipped with a full liquid crystal meter and a suspended large and central control screen, while a large number of physical buttons are retained below.

In terms of power, the new car provides hybrid and plug-in hybrid models, in which the plug-in hybrid model uses a combination of 2.0L engine and motor, the total output power of the system is 223hp, and the acceleration time of 0-100km/h is reduced to 6.7s; the battery capacity is 13.6kWh, with pure electric mileage or more than 94km, which officials say is 50 per cent more than the cash. The hybrid version offers 1.8L and 2.0L engines, of which the 2.0L version of the system has a maximum power of 196hp, and the 2.0L version of the system has a maximum output of 144kW (193PS), which is 1.6 times that of the previous generation, and is equipped with an E-Four four-wheel drive system.

The Prius model is a classic representative of Toyota hybrid cars. So far, the Prius has iterated to the fifth generation of models. According to statistics, the cumulative sales of the Prius series has exceeded 5 million. The peak power is 74 kilowatts, equipped with 650V motor, the peak power is 60 kilowatts, the comprehensive power of the system is 100kW, and the fuel consumption is reduced to 2.63L/100km. This generation of models is the beginning of a large number of Toyota hybrid products.
