On the side of the body, the profile of the new car remains basically unchanged, and the new rim spokes become thicker, making it the first BMW production model to offer 23-inch aluminum alloy rims. In the rear part, the overall change of the new car is small, the taillight maintains the original outline, and the middle chrome decoration runs through the whole taillight, but the taillight style has been upgraded, using 3D three-dimensional suspension LED taillight, the taillight is decorated with a diamond pattern on both sides, and the reflective light strip is moved down to the position of the bumper. In terms of size, the length, width and height of the new car are 5162mm/2000mm/1819mm and the wheelbase is 3105mm.

In terms of interior, the mid-term revamped BMW X7 upgraded the entire center console, and the dual screen on the BMW IX appeared on the new BMW X7, with an integrated floating curved screen integrated with a 14.9-inch central touch display and a 12.3-inch digital dashboard, and a large number of crystal accessories were used to enhance the sense of luxury. At the same time, it is equipped with a flat-bottomed multi-function steering wheel, the number of physical keys of the whole vehicle has been greatly reduced, and the center console has indeed simplified a lot compared with the cash model.

In terms of power, the new BMW X7 xDrive 40i is equipped with a 3.0T V6twin 48V light hybrid system, with a maximum power of 380hp (280kW), a maximum torque of 540Nm and a 0-100km/h acceleration of about 5.8s, which is matched by an 8-speed Steptronic automatic transmission. The M60i xDrive is equipped with a 4.4T V8 engine + 48V light mixing system, with a maximum power of 530hp (390kW), a maximum torque of 750Nm and a 0-100km/h acceleration of about 4.7s, which is matched by an 8-speed Steptronic automatic transmission.

The BMW X7 is based on BMW Group's latest CLAR platform and is also BMW's first product in the large SUV field. It was officially put on sale in China in April 2019, making it a very "young" car in the BMW brand. In the domestic market, the audience of the BMW X7 is not as good as that of the newly made BMW X5, but it has received considerable orders in the Chinese market with a price of more than one million yuan, which proves its market position and real strength.
