Through our investigation and communication, Nanchang Zhimentong Automobile sales and Service Co., Ltd. gave a description: "due to their venue problems are temporarily unable to do business, for the customer's after-sales can not be dealt with." But they are communicating with other 4S stores in the city to negotiate customer after-sales issues, which one, and they will inform customers around October 15, 2022. However, after October 15, 2022, many consumers still said that they had not received their notice, and our branch bureau also sent staff to carry out on-site inspection, but found that the enterprise had moved out of here. And the person in charge of the enterprise could not be reached by mobile phone. Our bureau has listed the enterprise in the abnormal list, informed and advised consumers to report and deal with it.

According to Tianyan investigation, Nanchang Zhimintong Automobile sales and Service Co., Ltd. was established on May 25, 2020. The 4S store involved is one of the oldest local 4S stores, acting as SAIC-Volkswagen brand, and is also a "national excellent dealer" in the system. It is quite famous locally, and the reason for running away is unknown. On October 24, 2022, Nanchang Zhimintong Automobile sales and Service Co., Ltd. became the executee, executing the target of 200000 yuan. On November 10, 2022, Nanchang Zhimintong Automobile sales and Service Co., Ltd. was listed on the list of business anomalies by the Donghu District Market Supervision Bureau of Nanchang City, because "the registered residence or place of business could not be contacted". In addition, the four automobile sales and service companies associated with legal persons are currently in the state of "equity freeze", "private loan dispute", "simple cancellation" and "person subject to execution", and these developments have taken place since 2021.

4S shop ran away, resulting in a number of car owners' after-sales service can not be carried out normally.
