According to a number of media reports, including Sina Automobile, citing people familiar with the matter, Evergrande's Tianjin plant is laying off staff, with plans to cut 60% of its staff. Some employees have been interviewed internally, and some will go on leave.

For a long time, Evergrande car-making has been concerned both in sales and production, after all, it is a matter of life and death, but at present, Evergrande Auto-making has not shown that it may reverse the situation. In fact, as early as August, there were rumors of a shutdown at Evergrande's Tianjin plant, but Liu Yongzhao, president of Hengchi Automobile Group, quickly responded that "at present, Tianjin factory production is normal, and Hengchi 5 production is in an orderly way."

On October 29, Hengchi officially announced that the Hengchi 5 was officially delivered, with the first batch of 100 units. It is understood that Hengchi has laid out the first batch of delivery service centers in 19 cities, including Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhengzhou, Chengdu, Chongqing and Haikou. Subsequent batches of vehicles will be delivered to car owners one after another. As a result, Evergrande has entered the second stage, from mass production to delivery.

The economic and legal risks are assessed by the bidder.
