After some vehicles are energized, the whole vehicle fault code is exposed, and the vehicle cannot start or drive. Car owners believe that the above failures have seriously affected the driving experience and driving safety of the vehicle, and the majority of car owners "drive blindly" when the vehicle machine breaks down and all the driving information of the vehicle cannot be displayed, which is very likely to cause serious traffic accidents and bring great safety risks to car owners and other road traffic participants.

In this regard, SAIC Volkswagen official customer service called in response to the car owner that time is tight, the manufacturer's solution can not come out, it is possible! There may be a plan next week, and the car owner's representative will be contacted as soon as possible. In response to this response, SAIC Volkswagen ID rights group owners said they could not accept, because in a year and a half, car owners have reflected the above faults many times, leaving SAIC Volkswagen enough time to study and solve the problem! In view of SAIC-Volkswagen's inaction, SAIC-Volkswagen ID owners put forward the following demands: 1. According to the inquiry of the relevant national standards, the fault of the ID car system no longer meets the requirements of the national standard and is a major safety hazard. We require SAIC-Volkswagen to immediately stop the sale of problem vehicles and be supervised and rectified by the national regulatory authorities. 2. Thoroughly repair the sold vehicles to eliminate safety risks (including, but not limited to, replacement, maintenance, upgrade, etc.). Another blogger posted a video saying that Volkswagen's ID.4 series of electric cars had a large black screen + loss of power, and more than one owner took a video of the failure. The video uploaded by the owner showed that the ID.4 vehicle had a black screen and a power outage on the way, but the backlight of the button inside the car could still be lit. The owner said that the vehicle was not a screen crash and that there was no response to stepping on the throttle, and the vehicle lost power. In response, Volkswagen customer service responded: "at present, manufacturers are very concerned about this matter, and attach great importance to related issues, we will investigate the causes of relevant failures for users as soon as possible, and deal with relevant problems as soon as possible."
