After the accident, a Tesla after-sales staff and the traffic police arrived at the scene. Tesla after-sales personnel said that they had to wait for the identification of the traffic police before doing the next step, and then the traffic police identified the traffic accident and towed the accident car back to the parking lot of the traffic police force.

So far, Tesla officials have not responded to the above accident, and the police are investigating the cause of the accident.

According to Ningbo Minsheng E-Diantong, the above-mentioned owners spent more than 360000 yuan on the Tesla Model 3 in September 2019, and there has been no problem of losing control of the car for more than three years. Shortly after 9: 00 a. M. on November 23, Ms. Ren drove Tesla Model 3 out of control and crashed into the right guardrail. Recalling the scene at that time, Ms. Ren described: "when the speed was maintained at about 60 yards, the car suddenly veered to the right and crashed into the fence between the motorized lane and the non-motorized lane. My first reaction was to turn in the middle of the road, but it didn't work. Then hit the brakes hard, but the car not only did not slow down, but also automatically speeded up for a time. " After hitting several isolation piles in succession, the airbag on one side of the cab of the car ejected, and then the passenger airbag also ejected.

According to the description of the owner, Ms. Ren, the accident lasted about 15 seconds, during which the car was out of control. At that time, the airbag completely blocked the line of sight after ejecting, the vehicle was out of control for a section of the road, four tires exploded, and after crashing 14 barriers, it stopped in the non-motorized lane. Fortunately, there were no cars in the non-motorized lane at that time, and there were no casualties in the accident.

The morning after the accident, Ms. Ren's husband, Mr. Shen, contacted Tesla headquarters in the hope that he could find out the reason why the vehicle was out of control and give a reply as soon as possible. To the bewilderment of Mr. Shen, he fed back the relevant situation to the official Tesla, and as a result, there was not even a word of answer in the past six days. Mr. Shen told the media: "I have urged many times, the other party has been procrastinating, and now it has been six days, and we have not even given any basic data, let alone the results of the investigation."

On the afternoon of November 29th, a relevant staff member of Ningbo Tesla Board spraying Center said that they had recently established a relevant inspection channel, and the results would be answered according to the engineer's inspection, and the customer Mr. Shen would be informed as soon as possible. On November 30th, Mr. Shen said that the after-sales staff of Tesla in Ningbo had gone to the parking lot of the accident car in the morning to copy the driving data of the car, and the other side said that they would reply to Mr. Shen after the data analysis. So far, it is not clear the specific cause of the accident.
