From the latest official picture, the appearance of the new car continues the new Civic family style, but the detailed design highlights the sports flavor. The front face adopts the upper and lower split type multi-banner smoked black grille design, the shape of the long and narrow headlamp group and the front grille merge together to form an integration, the lower part adopts a three-stage design, and both sides are equipped with an "L" shape air intake design. compared with the tenth generation hatchback version of Civic, the overall design is less spirited and tends to be household style. On the side of the body, the new car uses a slippery back shape, and the straight upper waistline with the rising lower waistline creates a diving visual effect.

In terms of body color matching, the new car 240TURBO version uses "red and black" two-color body design, the red body with black exterior rearview mirror, roof, rear rear wing, rear bottom diffuser and so on to enhance the sense of motion visually; the e:HEV version uses white body design with silver exterior rearview mirrors, which looks more simple. In the rear part, the new car adopts hatchback type tail door with through-type taillight design. Compared with the traditional hatchback model, the tilt angle of the new car tail door is more obvious, and the exhaust layout with two sides is used to surround it, so the visual effect is more prominent.

In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4548/1802/1420mm and the wheelbase is 2735mm. For comparison, the 2021 Honda Civic HATCBACK has a length, width and height of 4517/1799/1434mm and a wheelbase of 2700mm.

As one of Honda's very representative models, Civic was first introduced into domestic production and sales by Dongfeng Honda in April 2006. Since then, its sales have been firmly at the forefront of the domestic car list. According to the data, the annual sales of Civic from 2017 to 2021 are 173000, 218000, 244000, 233000 and 159000 respectively. Although the Civic has been upgraded many times, the Civic two-box version of the HATCHBACK model was not first introduced by Dongfeng Honda until July 2020, when it launched four models with a price range of 14.39-166900 yuan.
