On the side of the body, the new car has smooth lines and adopts the popular hidden door handle. In terms of body color, there are two body colors exposed in the declaration map, namely orange (pure electric version) and yellow (extended range version).

In the rear part, the new car is designed with through-type taillights, with a thin strip running through the taillights on both sides, with the brand logo in the middle. The iconic light sources on both sides are highly recognizable after lighting, and the black encirclement of a large area below adds a sports atmosphere to the new car. The tail mark is marked with the words "Changan Deep Blue" and "S7", and it is expected that the new car will be named "Deep Blue S7".

In terms of size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4750/1930/1625mm, wheelbase is 2900mm, positioning medium-sized SUV. According to the declaration information, the new car will provide 235Compact 55 R19 and 255Universe 45 R20 tires. Among them, the pure electric version uses a 19-degree approach angle and 24-degree departure angle, while the plug-in extended range hybrid is 18 degrees and 24 degrees.

In terms of power, the new car offers two options: pure electric and plug-in extended range hybrid. Among them, the pure electric version provides motors with maximum power of 160kW and 190kW, while the plug-in extended range hybrid version is equipped with a naturally aspirated engine with a displacement of 1.5L as a range extender, the maximum power 70kW, and the maximum power of the drive motor 175kW.

Changan Deep Blue, a new pure electric brand under Changan Automobile, was launched in April this year. The first model, Changan Deep Blue SL03, went on sale on July 25. The new car launched four models with a price range of 16.89-699900 yuan, including 168900 yuan for the extended-range version, 18.39-215900 yuan for the pure electric version and 699900 yuan for the hydrogen version.

On December 11, Changan Deep Blue announced that according to the national subsidy regulations for new energy vehicles, the subsidy for the purchase of new energy vehicles will end on December 31, 2022 (the current subsidy amount: 4800 yuan for SL03 extended-range version and 13860 yuan for SL03 pure electric version). At the same time, the prices of major raw materials such as batteries have remained high in the past six months. For this reason, Changan Deep Blue will adjust the price of SL03 models, which is expected to increase by 2000 yuan to 8000 yuan. At that time, Changan Deep Blue SL03 will increase by 2000 yuan to 8000 yuan in the price range of 16.89 to 699900 yuan. Changan Deep Blue announcement shows that customers decided on or before December 31, 2022 will not be affected by this price adjustment.

As the first model under the Deep Blue SL03 brand, the new car is based on Changan's new EPA1 pure electric platform and is positioned as a medium-sized car. The main competitors include Tesla Model 3 and BYD Seal. Since the launch of the new car, Shenzhen Blue SL03 has delivered a total of 16315 vehicles, of which 879, 2708, 6384 and 6344 were sold in the August-November period, respectively, according to Carriage data. With the exposure of the Changan Deep Blue S7 declaration map, the new car is expected to be on the market soon, when the Changan Deep Blue brand rectangle will be further improved. As a reference, the current price range of Changan Deep Blue SL03 is 16.89-215900 yuan, and the price of the new car is expected to be in the range of 25-300000 yuan.
