On the side of the body, the new car adopts the standard three-compartment structure with smooth lines, the whole side of the body is decorated with through-type waistline, and the windows are decorated with through-type chrome plated strips. and equipped with popular hidden door handles and large-size multi-spoke wheels, strong sports atmosphere. According to the previous declaration information, the new car will also provide options such as whirlwind rims, side sign lights, rear wings and bright window frames to further enhance the sense of movement of the new car. In the rear part, the new car is mainly simple, using a split slender lamp group design and fumigation treatment, echoing with the headlight group before and after, the upper part of the tail is grooved design, the brand LOGO runs through the concave lines, and the bottom is surrounded by more athletic black, the overall visual effect is more three-dimensional. The new car is slightly larger than the UNI-V. For comparison, the UNI-V has the length, width and height of 4680/1838/1430mm, the wheelbase of 2750mm, and the positioning compact sedan; the length, width and height of the Reicheng PLUS is 4800/1825/1480mm and the wheelbase is 2770mm.

In terms of interior decoration, the new car is equipped with a full liquid crystal dashboard and a double-spoke multi-function steering wheel, while the central control center uses a large multimedia touch screen with longitudinal layout, yacht-style electronic shift mechanism, and the overall layout is simple and generous. In terms of power, the new car is equipped with a 1.5T turbocharged four-cylinder engine with a maximum power of 170hp, a peak torque of 260Nm and a seven-speed double-clutch gearbox.

From the perspective of the positioning of the new car, the new car positioning medium-sized sedan will further enrich the Changan car product matrix after listing, and subdivide the market share with Yizhi PLUS, UNI-V, Ruicheng PLUS and other products. It is expected that Changan Yida will compete with Pentium B70, Chuanqi GA6, Beijing U7 and other models after listing.

From January to November in 2022, cumulative Changan car sales fell 5.19 per cent year-on-year to 790100 vehicles, including 6.05 per cent in November to 75700 vehicles, according to new car compulsory insurance purchases.
