At the time of the incident, the booth was covered with smoke and fire, and the fire even spread to the surrounding booth, and then firefighters quickly entered the field to put out the fire, but fortunately, the fire was put out in time, causing no casualties.

At 05:00 in the afternoon, Art issued an official "statement" confirming the fire. Art Automobile said in a "statement" that on December 29, during the construction of the Guangzhou Auto Show, the working area of the Art Automobile booth caught fire unexpectedly, for unknown reasons. At present, the fire has been put out and no one has been injured. We are actively cooperating with the Guangzhou Auto Show Organizing Committee to investigate the cause of the accident, and Art will give an official statement when the cause is identified.

On December 31, in response to the sudden fire at the booth, Art Automobile officially issued a "statement" saying that after the accident, Art actively cooperated with fire control, public security and other relevant parts of the work, in-depth investigation of the cause of the accident. After preliminary investigation, in the process of vehicle preparation, after the debugger disconnected the external power switch, the logistics personnel unknowingly turned on the external power switch, resulting in live operation, causing electrical short circuit and causing fire. The vehicle at the point of fire is a static concept exhibition vehicle, and the high voltage power system has been removed during the preparation process, leaving only a set of 12V low voltage power supply system.

At present, Art successfully held a press conference of the auto show yesterday and opened the exhibition normally. Art Motor said in the latest "statement" that the fire was quickly brought under control after the accident and did not cause significant damage to people and property.

According to the official website, the newly released new platform adopts technologies such as separation of upper and lower car bodies, integrated casting, on-line chassis and CTC, which can improve the efficiency of vehicle research and development and manufacturing, shorten the cycle of vehicle development and verification, and reduce development investment and parts costs. In addition, Art Motors mentioned in the official WeChat article that the L4 self-driving ISE in certain scenes "went to battle with injuries" at the Guangzhou Auto Show on December 31, due to accidents during the exhibition. In other words, the burning static concept car is an ISE smart car, but fortunately, the art car has been on display normally, and the follow-up auto show activities will not be affected.
